I’ve received several responses to my question to ask me anything. Some questions can be answered quickly while others require a complete post.

These are some suggestions that don’t require an additional post.

Nicolas asked: What is the background story behind the logo for your blog?

There’s no reason to be honest. I wanted a logo that was a simple monogram with my initials, but I was unable to make K & Q look good together. So I hired someone on Fiverr to do it for me.

Thelma asked: What is your hope for tomorrow?

It’s not too much. The world is going to hell; mortgages are increasing, the world is becoming hotter. The population overpopulation is increasing and because of that we’re running out of resources.

These are the main reasons why my wife and I made the decision to adopt instead of having biological children. I worry about how the next generation are going to cope.

Joel asked: Joel, I don’t see a lot videogame talk in your posts. Are you not interested? What about your kids?

I’m not keen on gaming – I don’t have time. I play Sudoku and some Among Us on my phone from time to time however that’s all. I do own an Xbox, but I can’t remember the last time I switched it on.

I occasionally play Minecraft with my oldest son, but it’s extremely rare since I don’t have enough time to play these days. MINECRAFT

Joel also asked: Also If you were forced to wear a head-covering for the rest your life, which would you choose?

I’m not a fan of caps; they don’t fit me (I have a huge head). I suppose it would be my helmet for motorbikes, which means I’d be riding my bike for hours.

Are you cheating?

Dusan asked: How do you balance your work and family life, as well as hobbies like Fosstodon? Are you a highly organized person or are you more chaotic and have to figure things out on the on the fly?

In the meantime What type of music do you listen to?

I’m very organized. I don’t like letting things slide. I like to just get sh*t done. So I jump in and start working, and if I make a mistake during the process I can always return and correct them.

However, I am very restricted in my time off. I try to use every moment I have, it is away from computers. It’s usually outdoor activities like walking my dogs or riding my motorbikes. It is essential to take time to unwind.

Music is my most favorite genre. Classic rock, like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Toto, Rolling Stones, AC/DC etc. Some pop, some indie and everything in between. I don’t have a preference for any single category; that’s doing music a disservice I believe. If I like a song I love it. Whatever the genre.
